How do we meet agri-food needs?
Humens produces sodium bicarbonates that offer several key features to meet the needs of the agri-food industry. With its properties as a raising agent, sodium bicarbonate can be used in bakery and pastry applications to cook cakes, crackers, waffles, and more. It is also used in drinks for its carbonating and/or foaming properties.
The quality of our sodium bicarbonate is tightly controlled throughout the production process. In addition to the FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification), we apply HACCP principles and guidelines to guarantee that our food ingredients are always safe.
