Appointment of Mr. Xavier AUMONIER as Chairman of the Humens Group

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Xavier AUMONIER as President of the HUMENS Group.

Mr Christian BOUIGEON has decided to step down from his position to pursue other projects. We would like to thank him for the significant milestones achieved under his leadership, particularly the sale of Novabay. To ensure a smooth transition, Christian Bouigeon will support Xavier Aumonier until the end of 2026.

With 30 years of industrial experience, including 25 years in the chemical industry, Xavier Aumonier brings extensive knowledge of industrial and operational challenges to the Group. Working closely with the members of the Executive Committee, he will be responsible for continuing to implement the Group's strategy to meet customer expectations for locally produced and decarbonized products. He will also lead the Group's ongoing transformation, with the ambition of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050.

We extend our best wishes to Christian Bouigeon in his future endeavours and wish Xavier Aumonier every success in his new role.
